During exchanges at each hospital, accompanied by relevant responsible personnel, the delegation deeply visited outpatient, inpatient wards, and clinical departments to learn in detail about hospital operations management, diagnosis and treatment processes, discipline construction, and characteristic medical services.
Both parties reached multiple preliminary consensus on how to combine Harbor Health's resource advantages with Mongolia's medical needs to build a pragmatic cooperation platform and explore sustainable cooperation models.
